We use Raycus brand laser sources (2-year warranty) and original BJ JCZ control cards with tracking numbers for stable performance. We also adopt genuine EZCAD software with powerful functionality and high-end component configurations.
Q3 What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to official accounts, Western Union (WU), and trade insurance orders.
Q4 Is the machine easy to operate for a first-time user?
The EZCAD software is user-friendly. We provide manuals and guide videos. If needed, technicians can assist via online help software, phone, or email to ensure you learn the operation effectively.
Q5 What is the guarantee if the machine breaks down?
The whole machine has a 1-year warranty, and the Raycus laser source has a 2-year warranty. Faulty parts (excluding consumables) will be replaced for free if the problem is caused by a quality fault.

If any problem occurs under normal use within the warranty period, we provide free replacement parts and sincere guidance from our technicians to solve the issue.
