Product Description

The special dust remover for laser cutting machines is a directional product developed to solve the problem of a large number of sparks and dust generated by laser cutting machines in the current market. This model integrates a spark catcher, dust collector, fan, electric control cabinet, and ash discharge device—providing a plug-and-play solution.

The unit features a modular design. Standard flange interfaces (200mm, 250mm, 300mm) are available to match the cutting platform's exhaust outlet. Using plastic pipes with steel wires or hard iron pipes, the system can be easily connected and operated immediately upon power connection.

Dust Removal Principle & Process

System starts via switch button and induced draft fan.

Dust and sparks enter the air inlet driven by the fan power.

Sparks enter the spark catcher where a labyrinth structure causes them to extinguish through collisions.

Airflow expansion and distribution plates cause coarse particles to settle into the ash hopper.

Fine dust is intercepted by the outer surface of the filter material.

Clean gas penetrates the filter and enters the clean room.

Filtered air is discharged directly into the workshop (no chimney required).

How do I choose the right dust remover model?
You need to measure the diameter of the exhaust pipe at the bottom of your cutting platform. Based on the pipeline size and the limit pressure resistance, we can calculate the required air volume to ensure an effective dust removal effect.
How are sparks handled to prevent fire?
We install specialized spark catchers (embedded baffle, pipe baffle, or pipe swirl type). These use a labyrinth structure to force sparks into multiple collisions, effectively extinguishing them before they reach the filters.
Is an external chimney required?
No. We use high-precision flame-retardant filter material that filters 0.5um dust with over 99% efficiency, allowing clean air to be directly discharged indoors.
What is the typical delivery time?
Shipment is generally 4 weeks after deposit for standard fans. For special electrical configurations, the delivery time is within 6-8 weeks.
What is the warranty period?
