Operation Procedure:

1. Pre-weld cleaning with acetone and steel wire brush.
2. Trim welding part and fix electrodes.
3. Select voltage based on wire diameter.
4. Set robot teaching box to automatic position.
5. Connect servo power and press start for 2 seconds.

Maintenance:

• Regularly clean the welding gun to avoid bubbles.
• Backup data programs regularly.
• Replace main body battery annually.
• Check screw tightness and air pressure regularly.
