Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are a manufacturer, which allows you to receive factory-direct pricing without extra agent fees.
What is the delivery time?
The exact delivery time depends on your order quantity. Typically, the delivery date is 7-10 days after confirmation of the order and payment.
What payment terms do you accept?
We require a 30% deposit before production and the remaining 70% balance before shipping. We support T/T, L/C, VISA, Mastercard, and other payment terms.
How is the shipping method determined?
Based on your actual address, we can arrange shipment by sea, air, truck, or railway. We can also deliver the machine to your specified warehouse.
I don't know how to use the machine. What should I do?
An operation video and manual are sent with the machine. Our engineers provide online training, and if necessary, we can provide on-site training or train your operator at our facility.
What if problems happen to this machine?
We provide a two-year warranty. During this period, we provide replacement parts for any machine issues (excluding artificial damage). We also offer lifetime technical support and service.
